SERVICES

I pride myself on providing practical advice, personal attention and powerful advocacy, at reasonable rates. If you retain me, I will assess your case and tell you in plain English what your options are. Depending on your unique circumstances, I will take one or more of the following steps with your input and approval:
  • I will urge the prosecutor to drop the charges against you if the case is weak
  • I will plea bargain on your behalf
  • I will represent you at trial and present a vigorous and skilled defence
  • I will represent you on sentencing if you plead guilty or you are convicted after a trial, and argue effectively for the mildest sentence in the circumstances including, if appropriate, an absolute or conditional "discharge" to avoid a criminal record
